Job description:

  • scientific service in research and teaching in the area of differential geometry and global analysis, e. g. in symplectic topology
  • participation in undergraduate teaching in the mathematical institute
  • tasks for personal scientific qualification (doctorate/Ph.D.)

 

Requirements:

  • completed scientific university degree (preferably above-average degree) in mathematics
  • knowledge of differential geometry, topology and functional analysis
  • preferably a doctoral project in the research field of the professorship
  • fundamentals of knowledge transfer desired
  • very good German skills (at least B2)
