  • scientific services in research within the project “Range control of reactivity in CO dehydrogenases“, especially structural and functional analysis regarding the role of higher coordination spheres in the machanism of metalloenzymes
  • structural analysis and kinetic characterization of enzyme variants
  • tasks for one’s own scientific qualification (PhD)

 

requirements:

  • completed university degree (master or similar) in biochemistry, chemistry, biology or biophysics (preferably with a very good grade)
  • very good knowledge of biochemical/biophysical/structural biological methods, especially in the characterization of enzymes and in protein chemistry
  • very good knowledge of English
  • very good communication-capability and team spirit
